Terms and Cancellation Policy
Booking
Safari booking is processed only after full payment and receipt of complete, accurate ID details for every guest. ID details must exactly match the original document.
Cancellation
Once a safari is booked, there is no cancellation, amendment or refund, as tickets are issued by the Forest Department.
Safari rules
- Report at the entry gate 30 minutes before departure.
- Vehicle, driver and guide are allotted by the Forest Department.
- Pets are not allowed in the park.
- Follow forest rules and the guide's instructions at all times.
Wildlife sightings
Wildlife sightings are natural events and cannot be guaranteed.
Taxes
GST is applicable on the total billing as per law.
